Feeling stressed, depressed, and a bit scared about the way this administration is defiling our country’s ideals? So were we. Luckily, you don’t have to sit alone wondering and worrying. You can do something to change it.
Join us! We’re Indivisible Upper East Side. We’re one of the thousands of local chapters of Indivisible, the national organization that sprang up after the 2016 election to fight back against Trump’s hateful and harmful policies.
We’re working hard to organize letter writing campaigns, lobby Congress, march, protest, phone bank, text bank and more. You don’t have to sit still, you can take charge of our country’s future. Because we want that future to be progressive, inclusive, and bright, not Trump’s narrow, cruel, and closed dystopia.
Here’s what you can do:

attend one of our meetings, on the second Thursday of the month
join a policy team to brainstorm and formulate the strategy on the topics our group cares about the most:
defeating Trump
flipping the Senate
climate change
reproductive rights
money in politics, and income inequality
sign up for a letter writing campaign, call or text to boost voter turnout, register new voters, attend a town hall, or join a march
