Take 2 Minutes to Send an Email for Fair Elections
New York State legislators will be working this weekend to finalize a budget for Monday. A lot of them have talked a big game about campaign finance reform, only to waver now that it matters.  Take two minutes to use Public Citizen's tool to send an email reiterating the importance of funding small donor public financing, among other issues.

Emergency Rally for Fair Elections
Outside Governor Cuomo's NYC office
633 3rd Avenue (between 41st and 40th Sts.)
11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

From the organizers: "Small donor public financing, the most powerful solution we have to fight big money and give everyday New Yorkers a voice in politics, is on the table in the final budget negotiations happening right now between the Governor, the Assembly, and the Senate. It's unclear whether small donor public financing will remain in the final budget due on Monday. We're holding an emergency action in NYC outside of the Governor's office to say NO MORE EXCUSES: Pass small donor public financing into law in the New York budget."

Cuomo and other members of the party machine are lashing out at them for their truth-telling. Let's show these three electeds that small donors have their backs. Donate to all three through this ActBlue page.
