Special Action for Monday, September 25

The Graham-Cassidy healthcare bill is the worst GOP attack on the Affordable Care Act yet. Among other things, it will allow insurers to charge more for people with pre-existing conditions. It also removes large companies' incentives to offer insurance to employees. That means that if you have insurance through work, your employer can decide to cut you off. Thousands of Indivisible chapters across the nation will be taking to the streets on Monday to show the Senate how important healthcare is to us. Below is the information for NYC.

Monday, September 25
Outside Senator Schumer's and Gillibrand's offices
780 3rd Ave., between 48th and 49th Sts.
5 p.m.

Join us on this National Day of Action and rally to defeat Graham-Cassidy and protect our health care. Show your constituent power: We are asking Senators Schumer and Gillibrand to withhold consent on all Senate business until the Graham-Cassidy bill is dead. Hosted by the NYC Indivisible coalition.
